The Adkins-Ford Scholarship and The Cochran Award

APPLICATIONS FOR 2017 SCHOLARSHIPS NOW BEING ACCEPTED!

SCPCA sets a high priority on educating future generations. Through the Adkins-Ford scholarship project, SCPCA makes 5-6 grants each year to the children of pest management professionals. In order to be eligible for participation, the pest control firm must be a member of the SCPCA. Since the creation of these scholarship funds, the SCPCA has contributed more than $150,000 to promote further education of our members and their families.

Scholarships awarded will be a minimum of $500 and will be for one year on a need basis.

The Cochran Award is a post-graduate grant awarded annually to a deserving individual in the College of Life sciences at Clemson University.

To nominate a student for the Adkins-Ford scholarship, download the application form. Submissions for the 2017 scholarship awards were due by March 15, 2017 and the winners will be announced early April 2017.
